My Work with LGBTQIA+

I have dedicated experience in providing therapy for LGBTQIA+ teens, and a deep appreciation for the real challenges and important issues they face. My practice focuses on offering a supportive and affirming environment where LGBTQIA+ teens can explore their identity, address mental health concerns, and build resilience.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I have also contributed to the academic field by publishing a paper on minority stress and health outcomes. This research, prominently features issues related to trans-inclusion, and specific stressors faced by LGBTQIA+ individuals. I am committed to advancing the understanding the impact these stressors have on overall well-being.

My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based support tailored to the needs of each individual. By integrating my practical experience with academic insights, I strive to offer a holistic approach that fosters growth, acceptance, and empowerment for LGBTQIA+ clients.
